Gangr Lab is my home for AI experiments. I'm working on the home lab, local AI, and different ways of building with AI. The goal is to build knowledge, useful AI products, and experiences. Expect releases on GitHub, along with some local-model work.

This site is the logbook. Logs are my takeaway from the best things I read and watch. Field notes are my own writing. Every entry is numbered and grouped by lab week.
